I do my very best to make your Síne Vasquez purchase straightforward. There are of course a few terms and conditions to bear in mind to make everything as clear and transparent as possible.

Descriptions & photography
I always aim to represent the piece accurately with website imagery and descriptions. However each piece is handmade to order and unique, so slight variations in colour and texture are possible, and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.
Prices & Terms of Sale
Prices are given in Euro. Pieces are clearly priced on the website. In the rare event of unexpected price changes, you will be contacted and asked if you wish to proceed with your purchase. Customers purchasing for delivery outside of the EU are liable for any import duties or taxes incurred.
On receipt of order you will be sent an order confirmation email, which constitutes a legally binding contract. Only adults (aged 18 and over) and those who are lawfully entitled to enter into a legally binding contract are permitted to make a purchase from this site or from Síne Vasquez Jewellery in any form.
Payment methods
Payment is made by Shopify Payments (processed by Stripe). Card details are not saved by Síne Vasquez Jewellery or passed on to third parties.
(For commissioned pieces, payment is made by bank transfer).
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and pieces must be paid for in full prior to shipping.
All pieces remain the property of Síne Vasquez Jewellery until full payment has been received.
Order times
As each piece is made to order, orders usually take between 6-8 weeks to fulfill. If you require your piece for a specific date please get in touch before ordering and I’ll do my best to facilitate this if at all possible.
For rings please also make sure you check your ring size for the specific finger the ring is to be worn on. You can find sizing tips here or email me at info@sinevasquezjewellery.ie if you're not sure of sizing.
Order cancellation
Orders must be cancelled or amended within 48 hours of order placement.

Returns & Exchanges
*Christmas 2022: Pieces bought between 1st November and 24th December '22 can be returned until January 10th 2023*
If you wish to return your piece for any reason you can do so within 14 days of receipt.
Here’s how to go about this:
Faulty Items
All pieces are made and finished with great care by me in my Dublin studio. In the unlikely event of a piece being faulty or damaged on delivery, please email me as soon as possible at info@sinevasquezjewellery.ie so that I can arrange replacement or refund. Síne Vasquez Jewellery cannot however be held responsible for any indirect loss or damage associated with a piece of jewellery arriving late or damaged. Jewellery can only be replaced or repaired if it was already damaged on delivery to you. Any piece that is returned as faulty will be assessed and if it is determined that damage is considered to be as a result of accidental damage or wear, it will not be replaced or repaired free of charge. In this case a quote for repair can be arranged if desired.
