If you wish to return your piece for any reason you can do so within 14 days of receipt.
Here’s how to go about this.
Please contact me first to let me know you wish to return the item so that I can facilitate the return.
Please return the piece unworn and in original packaging.
As I offer free worldwide delivery, this delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount (the only exception to this is the unlikely event that the item is faulty on arrival).
Refunds will only be credited to the card / payment method that was used to make the initial purchase. Please allow 14 days from receipt of your returned item for the return to be processed.
Returns are at your own expense and it is recommended that you use a secure, trackable service. Síne Vasquez Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for any item that is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Refunds are only available on standard collection pieces. Refunds cannot be given for bespoke, remodelled, engraved, personalised or customised pieces, or gift vouchers.
All pieces are made, finished, and packaged with great care by me in my Dublin studio.
In the unlikely event of a piece being faulty or damaged on delivery, please email me as soon as possible at email@example.com that I can arrange replacement or refund. Síne Vasquez Jewellery cannot however be held responsible for any indirect loss or damage associated with a piece of jewellery arriving late or damaged.
Jewellery can only be replaced or repaired if it was already damaged on delivery to you. Any piece that is returned as faulty will be assessed and if it is determined that damage is considered to be as a result of accidental damage or wear, it will not be replaced or repaired free of charge. In this case a quote for repair can be arranged if desired.
